From our state-of-the-art complex in Wervershoof, we leave nothing to chance. Our facilities are fully equipped for the export of a high-end segment of tulip bulbs. Within our 8,800 m² premises, we condition over 50 million tulip bulbs simultaneously in fifteen advanced cooling rooms, all perfectly stabilized at the ideal storage temperature. Thanks to our in-house trial forcing facility and a subsidiary in New Zealand, we export year-round.

Exporting tulips successfully means working with the industry's finest. Since 2008, we have partnered with Bloembollenkwekerij Menting; their strategic location in the Noordoostpolder is perfect for growing high-quality tulips on a large scale.
Knowledge gained from our own forcing nursery
In 2010, we took another significant step with the founding of H&M Flowers. This independent forcing facility serves European retailers and supermarkets. It allows us to provide an innovative assortment and ensures we maintain a hands-on, practical approach. We use this continuous cultivation expertise every day to make our customers more successful. This ongoing hands-on experience makes us more than just a supplier with a broad assortment; it makes us a sparring partner. We share this valuable practical knowledge directly with our customers to collectively elevate their end product to the highest level.

Accomodation
Located in Wervershoof, at the very center of the Dutch flower bulb industry, Haakman Flowerbulbs knows that excellence in export requires absolute control over every step of the process.
Our building features no fewer than 15 cooling cells, with the receiving hall being one of the most important. We can store more than 50 million tulips there at once. The temperature is constantly kept between 20 and 23 degrees Celsius; the ideal storage temperature for tulip bulbs destined for forcing. Additionally, we have a subsidiary in New Zealand. This enables us to supply year-round.
